About the Artist:

Dr. Shirley B. Garrett is a retired psychologist who began her art career in 2002 with watercolors. Over the years, she has mastered oils, acrylics, gouache, and pearlescent colors. Known for her vibrant creations and unique techniques, Shirley currently teaches weekly oil painting classes at Studio 60 Senior Center.

• Stonehenge cold press black 140 lb, 8x10 paper
• Gouache palette: white, yellow, orange, brown, sap green, dark green, blue, and black
• FineTec Pearlescent colors: orange, white, and black
