Refund Policy for Artwork

For all artwork, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the unlikely case that your artwork arrives with you damaged, we’d work with you to get this resolved. If you decide to return the damaged artwork, the same returns policy applies and we’d refund your original shipping costs too.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, events, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refund Policy for Class Packages

We understand that plans change and want to provide a fair and transparent refund policy for class packages. Please review the terms below:

Cancellations Before Any Sessions Are Used

Participants may receive a full refund if they cancel before attending any sessions in the package.

Cancellations After One or More Sessions Are Used

Refunds will be prorated based on the number of sessions used at the single-session rate (not the discounted package rate) and will be reduced to include the processing fees charged by the payment processor. An administrative fee of $25 will also be deducted from the total refund.

Example: If a 4-session package costs $150 (at $37.50/session), payment processing fees are 2.9% +.30 per transaction (as of 2025 and are subject to change) and one session has been used, the refund will be calculated as follows:

  • Package Price: $150
  • Payment Processing Fees: (2.9% of $150) + $0.30 = $4.65
  • Per-Session Rate (at full package price): $37.50
  • Used Session(s): 1 session = $37.50
  • Administrative Fee: $25
  • Final Refund Amount for remaining 3 sessions: $82.85

This ensures that refunds fairly account for the session(s) attended, the non-refundable processing fees incurred at the time of payment, and the administrative fee for handling cancellations and adjustments.

Transfers

Class packages are non-transferable. Unused sessions may not be transferred to another person or applied toward a different class or event.

Expiration of Packages

Packages must be used within the time frame specified at the time of purchase (e.g., 6 months from the first session). Refunds or extensions will not be granted for unused sessions after the expiration date.

Cancellations by the Organizer

If the organizer cancels a class included in your package, participants will be given the option to:

  • Reschedule the session.
  • Apply the missed session toward a future class.
  • Receive a prorated refund for the canceled session(s) at the package rate.

Emergency Situations

If participants are unable to complete their package due to unforeseen circumstances, they may contact us to discuss options for partial refunds. Requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Policy for Instructor Discontinuation

We strive to provide a consistent and high-quality learning experience for all participants. However, in the rare event that an instructor discontinues teaching before a class package or session series is completed, the following policy will apply:

Instructor Discontinuation Before the Start of a Class Package

If the instructor is no longer available before the first session begins, participants will receive the option to:

  • Transfer to another class of equal value.
  • Receive a full refund.

Instructor Discontinuation Mid-Series (After One or More Sessions Have Been Completed)

If the instructor is no longer available to complete a class package, participants will receive a pro-rated refund based on the number of remaining sessions.

Replacement Instructor

If a suitable replacement instructor is available, the class will continue as scheduled. In this case, refunds will not be issued unless the participant opts out before attending a session with the new instructor.

Special Considerations

If the instructor discontinuation is temporary due to an emergency, sessions may be rescheduled rather than refunded. We will communicate any changes as soon as possible and do our best to accommodate participants.

Events, Classes, Workshops Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of all our classes, no refunds will be issued for reservations. However, if you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice your payment will be turned into a credit that can be used for a future class within 90 days. Please email us (stephanieweaverartist@gmail.com) to cancel.

If you no-show, or don't give at least 24 hours’ notice, you forfeit your reservation payment and will not receive a credit. Seats are transferable, but please notify us at least 3 hours prior to a class with the name change.
