We require a $300 non-refundable deposit.  The minimum charge is for 6 guests, even if you have less than 6 guests attending.  Each additional guest is $100.

DO YOU ONLY DO BACHELORETTE PARTIES?

As a venue for gatherings, we cater to various celebrations like birthdays, anniversaries, 'Freedom parties,' LGBTQ+ events, reunions, and girls' nights in.

IS IT STRICTLY FOR WOMEN?

Our events are all inclusive! All genders & gender non-conforming are welcome!

IS THERE A MINIMUM OR MAXIMUM GROUP SIZE?

There is no minimum, we have a maximum of 20 participants. However there is a minimum charge, which is the equivalent of a group size of 6.

HOW DOES THE LIFE DRAWING CLASS RUN?

As the class begins, lively music sets the tone, and aprons are distributed to all guests. Each participant will be equipped with a pencil in one hand and a drink in the other.

Our instructor will guide you through engaging activities designed to help you unwind and discover your inner artist—no drawing experience necessary. About halfway through the two-hour session, we'll take a break, providing the perfect opportunity to refresh your drink and recharge your creativity.

You’ll draw your model in a variety of poses, each selected by your group, culminating in a final pose with the guest of honor.

Throughout the session, your model will mix in cheeky games alongside professional tips, with the guest of honor assisting in choosing winners and losers.

Once your masterpieces are complete, the guest of honor will receive a keepsake folder of everyone’s drawings.

CAN WE PHOTOGRAPH THE MODEL?

At the end of the class there will be a photo session with the model. If you want to take photos during the class, please hand the camera to the teacher, who will take the picture for you. This ensures our model's comfort.

CAN YOU DO A LIFE DRAWING CLASS IF YOU CAN’T DRAW?

Of course! Not only is a life drawing class a great party activity but it’s a fantastic learning experience too. The instructor will provide some tips and tricks, the models, instructor and your friends will encourage your inner artist to break free and silence your inner critic!

WHAT IS THE PAYMENT PROCESS FOR A LIVE CLASS?

All payments are made via a secure online system using Shopify.

On booking, we ask for the full amount for full fee. $300 is non-refundable deposit to secure your model, date and time.

SOME OF OUR PARTY HAS DROPPED OUT, CAN WE GET A REFUND?

For parties with less than 6 people, a refund is not applicable.

For parties greater than 6, 48 hours notice is required to refund for the individual. If a member drops please send an email to events@huntsvilleartsupplies.com.

WHAT DO WE NEED TO DO IF SOMEONE IS ADDED TO THE PARTY?

The more the merrier! If additional people are added, beyond the number selected at purchase, please send an email to events@huntsvilleartsupplies.com to ensure we can plan for the additional participants. (smocks, supplies, amenities are specific to each party). If there are more than 6, an additional fee will be applied.

CAN WE CHANGE THE TIME OF OUR PARTY LIFE DRAWING CLASS?

Has something cropped up? Fear not, we’ve got your back. We’ll try our best to change the time subject to availability. Send an email to events@huntsvilleartsupplies.com.

WHAT IF WE NEED TO CANCEL?

The $300 is non-refundable. However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice your payment will be turned into a credit that can be used for a future class within 90 days. Please email us (events@huntsvilleartsupplies.com) to cancel.

If you no-show, or don't give at least 48 hours’ notice, you forfeit your reservation payment and will not receive a credit. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OF ANY KIND. The owner has the only right to be flexible here.
